- We have our CVs Pool with us in which we filter and place professional resumes time to time into our CV Databank.
- We filter using different channels and provide you about 3 CVs based on the required experience and having strong domain knowledge of the candidates.
- After your final selection on these CVs, we will make arrangement for doing Online interviews of these candidates by your team.
- Once a candidate is selected, we sign a Business Contract with you, along with your NDA and the hiring & placing process becomes completed.
- Depending on your convenience, we offer monthly or hourly rates of the candidates which are quite competitive and affordable and can give you a good save-margin of your Company employee’s cost.
- We sign Employment Contract with the Employee as well.
- Functionally, the employee is reporting to you, but administratively, he is reporting to us here.
- So, we are responsible for his proper attendance as well as his performance and quality deliverables.
- We do not compromise on the performance of the employee anyway.
- If employee output is not satisfactory at all, we give the replacement in a few days’ time.
- During the job, the employee used to fill his daily timesheet shared on google in which he enters his daily tasks, its proposed completion time in hours, its actual time of completion etc. So, our team regularly monitors him and his output.
